SALES TAX:

A 7.75% sales tax will be charged to all California residents.

PERSONALIZATION:

All of our products can be personalized. We do not charge anything extra for the personalization of a pin or a necklace, however special orders that require a new design that we don't already carry will be extra.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product when it arrives then you may return it at your shipping expense for a store credit within 10 days. If an item arrives broken it must be returned immediately for a replacement.

REPLACEMENT PIECES:

All of our jewelry has a lifetime guarantee. If a piece breaks due to normal wear and tear we will happily replace it. You will only be required to pay the shipping. We always recommend that you safety pin your necklaces to your garments. This will keep your necklace in place and prevent it from hitting the desk or children when you bend over. If you would like to replace a pin or earring back on your own they can be purchased at any crafting supply store.

GROUP DISCOUNTS:

If you order 15 or more of any particular item you will receive a 20% discount. The discount will not show during checkout on the web site, it will be taken off before the order is processed.

FUNDRAISING:

We offer fundraising opportunities to several non-profit organizations, such as schools, churches, ect. For more information, please refer to the fundraising page on this web-site. We reserve the right to refuse any fundraiser, we use our own discretion when deciding to work with each individual organization.
